Supertecnoboff Apps

  1. • You are legally responsible for the content you provide via your iOS or Mac App (EG: Your YouTube videos). If you provide illegal content such as content of an explicit nature, your app will be taken down from the App Store in compliance with the Apple Developer T&C’s. Please make sure your content is family friendly. It is also your responsibility to make sure the content you provide to your iOS or Mac App (EG: A YouTube video) is not already copyrighted by anyone else.


  1. • App development costs are based on: the features you require within your app, a rough approximation of the development period and other factors. App development costs are discussed via email before app development begins. An agreement is required before app development can begin.


  1. • You must allow a minimum of 6-10 weeks for app development and a further 1 week for app review by Apple.


  1. • If you decide to advertise your iOS or Mac app through the use of media such as a YouTube video, a website, a news paper, etc... You must give me credit by stating that your app was “Developed by Supertecnoboff”.


  1. • Communication is key during app development because it helps me develop the best apps that I can for my clients. Therefore if you fail to reply to forms of communication such as emails or tweets (for a long period of time), you will be taken off the app development waiting list. I can not develop an app for a client if the client can’t tell me exactly what they want in their app, etc...


  1. • Refunds policy: I do NOT offer refunds. This is because iOS and Mac app development takes a lot of time and effort. I can not afford to develop an app for a client, only to be told that they are not happy with the app and will not be committing to the app anymore.


  1. • You must be 18 or older to be eligible for iOS or Mac app development by Supertecnoboff.


  1. • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check the T&C’s page for any changes.
